VLI Achieves ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Certification

Vital Link International Logistics is proud to announce that we have successfully achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification, following a rigorous audit conducted by Bureau Veritas Certification.

What ISO 9001:2015 Means

ISO 9001:2015 is the internationally recognised standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS). Achieving this certification demonstrates that VLI has implemented a robust, documented quality management framework that consistently meets customer and regulatory requirements.

The certification covers all core VLI services including ocean freight forwarding, air freight, customs brokerage, warehousing, and supply chain consulting.

The Audit Process

The certification process involved a comprehensive two-stage audit over three months, during which Bureau Veritas assessors reviewed our:

• Operational processes and procedures
• Customer satisfaction measurement systems
• Risk management and continual improvement frameworks
• Staff training and competency records
• Supplier and subcontractor management processes

We are pleased to report that the audit identified no major non-conformities, and the certification was awarded with commendation for our customer communication processes.
